Paul De Gurse is a Winnipeg-based music director, keyboard player, audio engineer, and composer. He works primarily as a theatre musician across Canada. He has been nominated for three Merritt Awards for Outstanding Music Direction.

His work as a music director and conductor for musical theatre productions has taken him to theatres across Canada, including  Neptune Theatre, Rainbow Stage, Drayton Entertainment, Mayfield Theatre, and the Musical Stage Company. In 2018, he co-founded the Village Conservatory for Music Theatre, a post-secondary arts education program and new work incubator. In addition to his work as a musical theatre conductor, Paul is an active freelance keyboard player, composer, arranger, and vocal coach.

Most recently, Paul was the music director for the world premieres of Afterlight and End Of The Line, two new musicals developed and premiering in Winnipeg. He was also the arranger and orchestrator for the Afterlight original cast album.
